Description

Extensive roadside trash along both directions of PA Rt. 309 from Paper Mill Rd. entrance north to (at least) Susquehanna Rd. Many storm grates are completely covered with trash. Some large pieces of trash (car parts, lumber) make the use of the shoulder unsafe.
