Q. Please describe the issue
A. Blissfully sleeping this overcast but gorgeous Saturday morning 10/7/23 when I was awoken by the distinct sounds of anticipatory predawn crowing coming from a rooster. Realizing that I don’t live on a farm but rather Chicopee Falls where there is an ordinance preventing roosters, I was a bit surprised. Long story short, someone’s got a rooster and it’s messing with my beauty sleep.
