Across from Westfield bank -- between Dunkin Donuts and Merchants Metals -- the "open land" has overtaken the sidewalk area, and there is also part of the sidewalk that has yet to be built. Not sure how safe the City of Chicopee believes this to be in order to be "biker friendly," as you're requiring bikers to ride along the street, across from a truck stop. If we're going to accommodate bikers in our city (along with those fancy public bikes you installed) then maybe there should be more adequate sidewalks to ride on.
