Michael Toole came into the Treasurer's office on 4/30/24 at 10AM. Advised this is the 3rd complaint in the past year.
The City owns the property on the corner of 60-62 Prospect St where there is a retaining wall and trees and branches that are protruding onto the property. This is where the New Fiber was put up on the corner of Prospect St.
Additional information shared: When you come off of Chicopee St, take a right on to the underpass and stay in the left lane and take a left at the lights. This is how the location was explained to me. Lisa Prost in the Treasurer's office.
