Description
Why are there not more categories for Click Fix ?
You only have Graffiti and pot holes.
There are other issues in the City.
How about a category for signage and traffic lights just to suggest two?

After many emails, phone calls, and being redirected and misdirected by a bunch of different city departments, I can conclude that whereas the city and 311 portray themselves to be one entity, they're both made up of a multitude of departments that have difficulty operating as a whole, and are, in turn, made up of sub-departments. A lot gets lost in all these cracks. But I am narrowing down significant reporting categories that really ought to easily accessible by the public in 2013.
