The home behind us at 10002 Carter st. Put gutters on his garage in October 2019. Prior to that no gutters on garage. Every since gutters installed we have had sever flooding in backyard. They have both down spouts draining 3 feet from my property line. From my research the garage was given a variance to be built extra high. This entire roof span is draining 3 feet from my back yard. I tried explaining to them that a simple fix would be to drain to street instead of my back yard. But that was over a month ago with nothing being done or communicated. This should not be allowed. Every heavy rain fall our back yard is over ankle deep in water. I have pictures going back to last March when we first notice the issues.
