It looks like a new pole was placed here, however there are wires still on the old pole which is clearly not secure (leaning) It appears that someone thought this rope around the wires would hold the pole up Can the old pole please be removed and wires properly attached to the new pole?

In the abandoned property at 202 Chelsea Ave a 35+ lb raccoon is living. It was sitting on the roof in broad daylight and then proceeded inside. We are concerned given the number of small children & small dogs (incl our own) that live in the surrounding properties and the likelihood the raccoon may be diseased. We ask that you please send animal control to address the issue. Thank you.
