chucks grass service still blowing leaves and clippings into the street and also on neighbors properties rather than properly bag and dispose. I've personally tried talking to the owner "Chuck" about him blowing yard waste everywhere but where it's supposed to go, and apparently he doesn't care. There are previous reports on seeclickfix from other streets having the same issues with him. unfortunately, by the time ordinance is called and can respond, he has moved onto the next house/block etc. I have doorbell videos of everything today I will share with the ordinance officer so this can be properly addressed and Chuck can't say it's all lies.
